    I went because online said they take passport walk ins and it was a lie. I waited 50mins just to tell me that she cant do walk ins anymore. Not to mention the people that had appointments waited a long time too. One appointments was at 2:15 and when I left at 3:05 she still in line. Disorganized and untimely

    I don't like going there, but it's closest to where I live. I've gone twice, and they are always rude to me. The first time I went, the lady sent me back in line twice and told me I would need to purchase tape to send my package off. Apparently they can't help you out with that. AFTER I paid for the tape, the lady then tells me that there's a discrepancy with the weight on the package and return label, so she can't send it. Mind you, my dog was waiting in my car for like 15 minutes in the heat because they kept making me wait. Fed up, I hastily told them to give me the box because my dog was waiting in the car, and then I walked out. This second time I went, the lady once again told me to move to the side to fill out my sender information on my box because even though there was NO ONE waiting in line, the space had to be available. She never offered to help or let me fill it out in front of her. Management definitely needs to give them another training on customer service!!!
