- TWTraci WintApr 21, 20241.0If I could leave zero stars, I would. I'm new to the area and wanted to mail an envelope. I walked in and waited a couple of minutes for the woman to come to the front, not a problem, I understand workers can be busy. When I tried to hand her the envelope she said "I can't mail that" and turned to walk away. I said "excuse me, why can't you mail my envelope"? She replied "My machine is broken" and turned and walked to the back to leave me standing there in shock that someone like this works in public. This person was very unprofessional and should not work with the public. This happened Friday April 19th @ 1:30, In case someone needs to know who she was.

Extremely rude. There seemed to be no voicemail to leave a message. Unfortunately for them - I will now go there in person....
