Instead of doing their job, they immediately marked international tracking number LS010100105RU as "Return to Sender" due to "Insufficient Address." This is pure laziness. The package is now being shipped back across the world to Russia because the courier refused to make a proper attempt. Terrible service!»

I was shocked to find out that they don't even provide tape for your boxes. I paid for shipping, which should include basic assistance. Instead, I was rudely yelled at and told my package must be taped before it could be shipped. The attitude and lack of service were unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location.
