- JJJamesJun 29, 20261.0I've been living here for over a month and as of writing this, I still have not received my mailbox key. Apparently several other people in the area have not been able to either. I requested for my mail to be held at the office for pickup in the meantime, but it's still getting delivered to the box anyways. I have packages and important mail that I cannot get access to. I have made at least 4 or 5 trips to the office in this time but nothing ever gets resolved. It seems like there is only one employee there who is actually trying to get things sorted out, but everyone else seems to be sabotaging him along the way for whatever reason. I don't know what the problem is but someone needs to step in and do something because the way things are being run now are simply not working. Under no circumstance should it take over a month to have a key made.

Just keep being told that the lock will be changed the following day and still hasn’t been done. Called today to get an update and the guy I spoke with literally had no idea and couldn’t tell me if they were being changed today or not. Can’t find my form that was filled out. This is just terrible service. If I could leave no stars I would.
- JMJulie McEwenMar 6, 20255.0The postal employees are great! One complaint though. The time listed for the lunch closure is wrong. They close from 10-11 for lunch. This site has it listed as 10:30 - 11:30. I had to go twice today.
