- CPCandance PierceAug 3, 20261.0I dropped my business packages off. According to the receipt the package was scheduled to be delivered the next day. Now they’re saying they don’t process or run on the weekend and my packages that were dropped off 2 days ago are showing to have been dropped off today in Longview not Marshall. The customer service supervisor (Harry- phone agent) was rude and would allow me to file a complaint and also stated there not a corporate office to contact and rushed off of the phone. Meanwhile I’m refunding the customer and my business is losing revenue. Definitely unreliable and RUDE for no reason. I REALLY wish we had better shipping alternatives!
