- EFEmily FrugeMay 30, 20261.0Giving this place a 1 star, but if I could give zero i would. I have nothing but bad experiences with this office and the people that work there. Doesn't do any good to complain because the post master is good friends with the employees at this location and will just tell you "I'm so sorry, that's not like them! I'll have a talk with them." And going on 2 years later, we are still being treated like garbage. They told us we couldn't move our mailbox to our house, but we got new neighbors just months after this and they were able to place their mailbox in front of their house, down our road, no questions asked. After we were told going down our road is out of the carriers route, and she "can not" go off her route. Seems like she just can't do it for us. Every time I ask about moving our mailbox, it's dismissed. Absolutely disgusting people that work here. Not to mention how many times the carrier lies about delivering my packages. Will mark that I asked to have the package dropped at the office for pick up, which I have never done. This post office is 20 miles from my home, I cannot drive there for packages as often as I've been forced to. Today's lie for not delivering my package? Says they couldn't access my mailbox directly off the main highway, which is another absolute lie. I drove down there not even 10 minutes of receiving the notification and nothing was preventing this carrier from delivering my package.
