- MJMichael JohnsonJan 28, 20192.0The mail service at The Markham, Texas post office is terrible. It has been this way for years. The hours of operation are ridiculous. They are never open when most people need to go there. Their employees are clearly overwhelmed with work. The Lady that works their is very friendly, but they should get her some help. I've seen how busy she is. I track packages and they show to be delivered, but are never available to be picked up on time, and sometimes even sent back or lost. The UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE IS A JOKE. Just like everything else run by the government it is a complete failure. The USPS needs to be shut down and all their infrastructure sold to another private shipping company like UPS OR FED EX. The less that the US government is in our lives the better. 77456 Markham, Texas post office

- MDMerideth DoddAug 5, 20171.0Unfortunately, the postmaster does not keep the accurate hours at this location. I went today at 10:40, and waited 15 minutes because another customer stated that he saw the postmaster pull up and park as he was getting out. When we went outside, she had already gone. This location is supposed to be open 10-12 today, but I am fairly certain it was never opened. The package I'm waiting on will have to wait until next Saturday when I can go again.
