The inefficiency is astounding. It's almost ridiculous, except I know it's the system not the individuals.

- LDLiana DawsonDec 15, 20171.0I called about an amazon package that amazon indicated had been attempted but failed delivery. The person answering the phone would not look it up saying she wasn’t where she could look it up. She lectured and did not listen to my concern. Her manner was unfriendly and unconcerned. She then indicated she would look it up when she could get to it and put me on hold for 25 minutes before I finally hung up. They do not deliver mail to that physical address although UPS and FEDEX do. I had no say in the carrier selection and had been told a PO Box could not be used by the seller. I decided just to buy the item again and send it to another area where I don’t have to deal with that post office. Lago Vista post office is much friendlier and more accommodating than this one. I wouldn’t have the difficulty if they delivered mail to my street address. .....But they will let me put a box about 3/4 mile away and risk other people going through mail with no package delivery ability that way either. This is Marble Falls.
