It's the people searching their phone out not knowing what they want which causes the long lines. Could do with another person during the busy times. The staff is friendly. I'd would hate dealing with some of the people that come in there

Second, the long lines are interminable especially when holding packages. Third, the cost was extraordinarily high. I will not be recommending this business to any of my customers or employees. For a small business representing UPS, this company is an unfortunate example of poor service.
