Maybe, she Lauren's to your concerns. I hope so. Lee is incredible! Steady under pressure. Kind. Welcoming. Positive. Not that he should have to work alone but the few times he has, he's kept everything running amazing! You never want to be the one printing a label and holding up the line but they get it done. The lines are often crazy here but they are the only ones in town that do Amazon returns so I feel like we need to extend grace. They aren't perfect. I'll agree. I do feel grateful as I am a frequent flyer and use them a lot. Overall, I'm pleased.

They do not answer their phone requiring you to go in person to simply be told they can’t accomplish simple tasks like notary till later in the day. After 3 different attempts and multiple rude employees I sought services elsewhere. UPS is a great company. It’s a shame this franchise so poorly represents them.
