- CGCrystal Sonnette GivensJul 12, 20261.0Delivery person lied that he delivered a package - left a non delivery notice in my box instead of delivering to office or to my door. Then reported delivered in the usps website so i can do nothing to complain. What a disgrace!

I was addressed within seconds of entering the building as well as everyone else that entered after me. I quickly, “hello we will be right with you” goes a long way. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. My concern was address in minutes.
- MRMary RodriguezFeb 27, 20261.0I came to this post office to send my daughter’s passport paperwork to the passport processing agency. My court order states I’m the sole managing conservator. State law says I can get her passport without her father. The man working at the time, refused to collect my paperwork although I had explained to him and had all the documentation. He obviously was abusing his power. I went to the Municipal court to submit my daughter documents, we received my daughter’s passport today. The gentlemen at this office should receive disciplinary action for abusing his power and needs better training.
