She misses her pet so I am hanging the poster in her recovery room. The poster turned out beautifully and I received it with in hours. Great job I highly recommend this store. Also, very friendly service.

Unfortunately, I’m probably gonna revert back to the location I used to go to because this store is now charging a dollar to put a piece of tape on a box. I just feel like as a neighborhood UPS store, we are bringing our business to you and we are being charged for one piece of tape. Maybe it’s me but I’m going to revert back to the UPS store I went to for years In Pearland.

I went today to have something notarized and the young lady put down the wrong date. Of course, there was no charge because she wasn’t able to fully complete the paperwork. This caused a big inconvenience to me as a customer, not to mention another female employee emphasizing (at least 3x) “don’t forget to charge them for the print”. The location is very small and has great potential but is lacking customer service.
