  I am hesitant to explicitly label this as a racist issue; however, the manner in which service themes are projected suggests disparities. I have visited this establishment multiple times and observed that the service provided to people of color often differs from that extended to others. For instance, I recently entered to return an Amazon package without any printed documentation, assuming that scanning from my phone would suffice. The employee informed me that I could have it printed for US$1.99 or return home to print it myself and repackage the item accordingly. After printing the necessary documents at home, I returned to the store, only to be told that they could not process my return in its current state. They insisted that the package be in its original form and that I purchase a box from them. Meanwhile, a Caucasian customer nearby was handling a similar situation, with her package in its original form, and she had printed her label herself. The customer service representative accepted her item without issue, and she left promptly. I question why there appears to be a different standard applied to my community. I advise members of the Manvel community to reconsider using this UPS location. Despite my initial enthusiasm for having a UPS service in our area, I found the experience disappointing.

  I just wanted to highlight a young lady by the name of Aileen at this location. Her customer service is next level. Clearly her parents raised her well and UPS trained her well. As soon as I walked in she was sweet, kind and genuine. Very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I don't get impressed easily- good service is expected but she was exceptional. I will definitely visit this location again as a result of Aileen's customer service. She has set a high bar.

  I went to Alvin location to drop off my packages and there was no much staff in that location than I Google it the other UPS location and I found out the manvel location the took care of me and help me out for my Amazon drop off. Guru is the best Manvel location is the best. Thank you UPS.
