Guru was an amazing help today as one of my packages after I mispackaged my box. He and his staff helped me identify the package after it was mailed off and I was able to get the package sent off as it was supposed to be originally. Glad to have this team in Manvel.

Had to get my docs printed, notarised and couriered urgently. The staff here are excellent and very helpful. Habib the manager was not just friendly but he also ensured everything was done in a short time. They explained me the options for and rates which was very good too Great place to visit for all your courier, print, notary and other allied services

This was my FIRST time in this location and my LAST! No one greets upon entry and then I let the lady (maybe about late 40s , wearing all black) know I am here for Amazon return and she states “yeah”. One of my of my returns needed a box which I was aware of and was going to box it with another item I had to return. The lady then looks at me before scanning my labels and telling me all this needs a box. While trying to explain to her I chose the location where no box or label is required she rudely over talks me stating well this all needs a box. I am returning all my items in the same box they were shipped and left on my door step with. My issue isn’t the box it is the RUDE OVERTALKING lady!! As I’m leaving older lady comes from the back just standing there looking. Someone could have atleast offered a solution if my “box” wasn’t good enough.

I went to the manvel UPS on Hwy 6 on 08/26/26 to overnight early morning delivery to central california . The package was delayed for an unknown reason in chicago. the package didnt reach the destination to the next morning. A claim was put in by the store for refund of delivery. it would take 10 business days. received refund check 09/23/26 for $65.57 as i was charged for fuel $23.00 and other service charges. On top of that the check is post dated 10/01/2026!!!!!! Never again!
