I was told to sit and wait for the next call for passport appointment. However, someone randomly cut the line, and the staff still processed that person before me. This was very frustrating and unfair, especially since I had been following the instructions and waiting patiently. The process should be handled in the order people are called to ensure fairness and consistency.

They guys that work here are amazing. I made a pretty big mistake on my shipping label and didn't realize it until I had already gotten back home. When I got back to the post office, Rojelio went out of his way to help me locate the package and add the apartment address. Mr. Mendoza needs a raise.

Website doesn’t work. Phone system doesn’t understand what you’re asking and sends you a link that takes you to the website which doesn’t work. QR code takes you to the same website that doesn’t work. The second website they list (informeddelivery.com) doesn’t even load. If you show up in person they assume what you need instead of listen to what you’re asking. The whole thing is broke. Just use UPS. I mean even FedEx will still be slightly more reliable than USPS. Such an extremely frustrating process.

It has been years! Can you please try and fix the front door (on the right hand side when entering). Scrapes, catches, screeches....thought when you renovated that it might finally get fixed. Low mark for the front entry. Get from behind the counter for once and see what the customers see.

Our mailbox key stopped working on Saturday, leaving an expensive package locked inside. I called four times on Monday, and my mother called once. Every time we called, we were given a different solution. They even moved the package to a different locker, but that key didn’t work either. I tried it, my sister tried it, my mother tried it, and even our neighbor tried it. We were then told they couldn’t fix it until Tuesday, even though my package has been stuck since Saturday. I explained that I bought the item secondhand and had a deadline to confirm it matched the listing so I could get my money back if there was an issue. The woman on the phone responded, “That’s your issue,” in a rude tone. When I asked why she was being rude, she hung up on me. Mechanical problems happen, but there’s no excuse for such poor customer service.
