  CHRISTIAN deserves a raise! He went above and beyond for my mother who is not fluent in English. He was very patient and made sure he understood everything she needed, and though my mom kept apologizing, he kept reassuring her that it was OK. Superior customer service. Thank you so much because in a world of fear, you made my mom feel normal and accepted. There was another African American lady who helped her with copies and was also very kind.

  We stopped by to drop off an Amazon return and didn't realize we needed a box. The guy working said he had one right there and took care of it for us. Great customer service!

  Staff is fairly rude. And there is no option to do a self serve print but they charge $3.24 to print one black and white page (a return label). I was only there because it was an Amazon return and it had to go via UPS. Left and went to Staples where I received the level of service I should have received at the UPS store.

  I came into the store to get some documents printed and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, Crystal was assisting customers but did not greet me or acknowledge me the way she did others. As I appeared to be the only Black customer in the store at the time, the lack of acknowledgment made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When it was finally my turn, instead of offering assistance, she told me I needed to email my documents and complete the process on my own. The system was trying to charge me $15, so I asked if she could print the papers directly since I knew it would be cheaper. She insisted the price would be the same. However, when another employee helped me, the price was in fact lower, which confirmed that the information she gave me was incorrect. After this, she walked away to the back instead of resolving the issue. Her behavior came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. I then spoke with the manager, Anthony, to explain the situation. Unfortunately, his initial response was to say that Crystal had never received complaints before. That is not an appropriate or helpful response when a customer is sharing their experience. It felt like my concerns were being dismissed rather than taken seriously. Overall, both employees demonstrated a lack of customer service and professionalism. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location or spending my money there again.

  Very horrible story I came in early this morning. It was not greeted right or correctly at all. I had to have another employee help me because Crystal did not want to help me. She treated me bad as if slavery was still a thing in this generation.! And then her manager, Anthony followed up behind and agreed with her saying she’s never had any complaints or problems so basically what I was saying, as a customer in the treatment that I received didn’t matter! This was a horrible experience if I can write a zero stars I would this store needs to be shut down immediately
