  They charged me $3.45 to print a label and told me to take my package to the post office to return it, even though they knew it would be completely free there. That’s just dishonest. Answer to your justification Sir, my disappointment does not stem from the fact that your printing services come at a cost; rather, it is because your employee made me pay for a service unnecessarily, only to subsequently send me to another department where printing and shipping the package would have cost me nothing. That is why I consider his actions to be very dishonest.

  I frequently return packages using prepaid shipping labels provided by the company I’m returning the item to. In this case, the return label was provided by Asurion, and the shipping was already paid for. When I arrived during my lunch break, I asked to have the prepaid shipping label printed. The employee, Rebecca, told me I would be charged $3.24 to print the label. This was very surprising because I have returned packages at this location and several other UPS locations many times, and I have never been charged to print a prepaid return label. The situation was frustrating, especially because I was on a limited lunch break and needed to complete my return quickly. My understanding is that the return shipping was already covered by Asurion, and I have never seen any policy stating that customers are required to pay an additional fee for printing a prepaid return label. I would appreciate clarification on your store’s policy regarding printing prepaid return labels.

  The manager (Anthony) of the UPS location on the access road of Hey 287 is not only helpful but probably the sweetest person I’ve met in any customer service store I’ve been in. I accidentally dropped a check on the ground outside of his store. In a panic I called to see if someone had seen it. This man went outside and found it for me. This act of kindness is verification that there are still people in this world tha are honest and kind hearted. 💕

  I always recommend our local UPS Store because the staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. Even when they're busy, they keep things moving, and I'm usually in and out quickly. It's a small neighborhood store that always provides great customer service, which keeps me coming back.

  CHRISTIAN deserves a raise! He went above and beyond for my mother who is not fluent in English. He was very patient and made sure he understood everything she needed, and though my mom kept apologizing, he kept reassuring her that it was OK. Superior customer service. Thank you so much because in a world of fear, you made my mom feel normal and accepted. There was another African American lady who helped her with copies and was also very kind.
