  Poor customer service…a specialty pharmacy delivered my medication to this location on Thursday 7/2, signed for by a manager named Donald, I was never notified for pick up. I called the pharmacy for status and tracking and was informed it has been there a few days so I arrived on Monday 7/6 to retrieve the package. Well Donald informed me that if I didn’t have an account or mailbox there is a $10 pick up fee assessed for storage (seriously) and he could not release it without payment. 1st I was NEVER notified from UPS the package had arrived and available for pickup, mind you I’d been waiting for this vital medication before the holiday. 2nd I don’t do any type business with UPS that requires a mailbox or an account, 3rd the manager refused to waive the fee under any circumstances. Needless to say I had to pay the $10 to get my medication however I wasn’t happy about it and will never do business with this location again.

  Danny is awesome! He went above and beyond to help me get a number of packages arranged with their respective barcodes for amazon returns. Saved me lots of time and frustration. As long as you have employees like him, I will keep coming back.

  The staff is great. Ashley is always a great help when I come in. She is knowledgeable and helpful packing items. She is great at designing business cards, signs and banners. I will always recommend this UPS store.
