  I would give UPS Corporate Customer Service 1 star, but this local UPS Store deserves 5 stars. I had to ship a perishable food item overnight, which cost over $100. I dropped it off well before the overnight shipping deadline, but the package never made it to the hub in time. Instead of arriving the next day, it took two days, and the food was completely ruined. What impressed me was the team at this UPS Store. They didn’t cause the problem, yet they went above and beyond to help me. They spent months advocating on my behalf and working through the frustrating corporate claims process to make sure I was treated fairly. Today, I finally received my refund check thanks to their persistence. It’s disappointing that customers have to fight so hard when an overnight shipment isn’t delivered as promised, especially when it’s a time-sensitive food item. But the employees at this location truly care about their customers and never gave up on helping me. Thank you to the staff here for your professionalism, persistence, and outstanding customer service. You turned a frustrating experience into one that reminded me how much dedicated local employees can make a difference.

  Poor customer service…a specialty pharmacy delivered my medication to this location on Thursday 7/2, signed for by a manager named Donald, I was never notified for pick up. I called the pharmacy for status and tracking and was informed it has been there a few days so I arrived on Monday 7/6 to retrieve the package. Well Donald informed me that if I didn’t have an account or mailbox there is a $10 pick up fee assessed for storage (seriously) and he could not release it without payment. 1st I was NEVER notified from UPS the package had arrived and available for pickup, mind you I’d been waiting for this vital medication before the holiday. 2nd I don’t do any type business with UPS that requires a mailbox or an account, 3rd the manager refused to waive the fee under any circumstances. Needless to say I had to pay the $10 to get my medication however I wasn’t happy about it and will never do business with this location again.
