  There was a screw up with my online order. After about 30 minutes my second invoice was found. This was a bit frustrating

  This is the worst staples store that I’ve ever been to. All of my business entities will no longer be affiliated with this store. Each and every time we try to conduct business here for printing services the orders are never done correctly as they are shown on the actual order receipt. Workers need to improve following instructions for orders that are completed online. If an item is supposed to be printed the portrait way, why does the worker print it as a landscape and gives push back regarding correcting the error that they’ve done. Online ordering is supposed to be the most effective way and avoids giving the workers from having to spend more time creating the orders for customers and also printing them. When we are able to create these orders ourselves it shouldn’t be a hassle to have them printed correctly as they were requested in the same size and format as shown on the order form. We have consistently had these issues since day 1 and if a worker prints an order incorrectly, please take the accountability and correct it versus placing blame on the customer. We tried using your services over and over again giving you all a chance to conduct better services but at this point we can’t continue putting our business at risk for your stores improper handling. There isn’t as much traffic in this store as it used to be and pretty sure it’s due to customer service. Please take this feedback to train employees for future customers. It makes everyone’s job much easier.

  Horrible customer service from that Liam kid. He’s extremely dismissive and completely unwilling to help customers. Does Staples train their entry level employees to giggle when they can’t handle a situation and a manager is requested? This store’s team is a joke and I’m sure their work ethic will keep them working a job like Staples forever.

  Prior to drive to the store, I called to inquire about their binding services. An estimate of the price was provided on the call, and I was informed that I could place the order as a walk-in since I needed it same day. I visited the store closer to closing as the day slipped from under me. I was greeted by Ms. Trinise who was super busy at the time I walked in, but took the time to answer my questions and ask questions to ensure I would be able to get the job I needed done. After a few minutes, we decided that it would be best for me to return tomorrow at opening for a better chance to get the job complete same day. I would like to note that the conversation I made to the store before coming over was shortly after opening and I intended to come sooner than I did. Taking Ms. Trinise 's advice, I returned back to the store the next day. She remembered the preferences I selected the night before and told me the job would complete in about an hour. Her empathy, understanding and her word (she kept her word and completed the job sooner than I expected). Ms. Trinise, if you ever see this review: Thank you for all you do. You work so diligently to ensure that customers are serviced in a timely manner. Even when having go manage multiple customers and orders, you do so well! This was my first time visiting this location and because of your light, I will be back. Thank you so much for the kindness you've shown me. I pray that Staples shows appreciation to you because you deserve!!!
