  Prior to drive to the store, I called to inquire about their binding services. An estimate of the price was provided on the call, and I was informed that I could place the order as a walk-in since I needed it same day. I visited the store closer to closing as the day slipped from under me. I was greeted by Ms. Trinise who was super busy at the time I walked in, but took the time to answer my questions and ask questions to ensure I would be able to get the job I needed done. After a few minutes, we decided that it would be best for me to return tomorrow at opening for a better chance to get the job complete same day. I would like to note that the conversation I made to the store before coming over was shortly after opening and I intended to come sooner than I did. Taking Ms. Trinise 's advice, I returned back to the store the next day. She remembered the preferences I selected the night before and told me the job would complete in about an hour. Her empathy, understanding and her word (she kept her word and completed the job sooner than I expected). Ms. Trinise, if you ever see this review: Thank you for all you do. You work so diligently to ensure that customers are serviced in a timely manner. Even when having go manage multiple customers and orders, you do so well! This was my first time visiting this location and because of your light, I will be back. Thank you so much for the kindness you've shown me. I pray that Staples shows appreciation to you because you deserve!!!

  I bought these ballons about two hours ago and when I got home they were already deflated since I was in the store the girl could not inflate them apparently they were broken she told her manager and it doesn't matter she gave me the balloons so in bad condition I called the store I talked to two managers and explained everything to them and I asked them if they could give me a refund or more balloons and they totally refused in an unfriendly way what a disappointment they are supposed to last at least two days It's the second time it happens to me. I told them that I could return to the store with the receipt and the manager doesn't care either. They are supposed to take care of their customers but they don't care

  I had a great experience at Staples when I needed two different types of passport photos taken. I had already checked with a couple of other places, some even took my photo and tried to get it right but they either couldn't do the specific photo requirements I needed or weren't able to help. I was starting to get pretty frustrated, but the team at Staples made the whole process so much easier. As soon as I explained what I needed, they took the time to understand the different photo specifications and made sure everything was done correctly. They didn't rush through it or tell me it couldn't be done they were patient, helpful, and wanted to make sure I left with photos that would meet all the requirements and my photo needed a stamp on the back (weird right) but they were able to do it. The whole process was quick, professional, and much less stressful than I expected. It's obvious they care about providing good customer service and making sure things are done right the first time. That kind of attention to detail really stood out to me. If you need passport or visa photos, especially if you have special requirements that other places can't accommodate, I definitely recommend giving Staples a try. They went above and beyond to help me, and I'll absolutely be coming back for any future printing or photo needs.

  After reading other reviews, all I can add is my experience. I've not been to a Staples in many years but have occasionally ordered supplies online. Using the app for the first time I was offered a good discount on a 4 drawer filing cabinet, I ordered it and it was delivered in the box from the factory in Mexico. The box didn't show any damage, but what was inside definitely was damaged. A shame quality control let it out the factory door. Anyway, I returned the filing cabinet to the Staples in Mansfield and had no problems doing so. The aggravating part is having to take my time to to return an item that should never have been sold. I hate buying things site unseen and depending on the competence of companies that assume we'll probably keep crap because it is inconvenient to return a bulky item. At least the Staples employees that handled my return left me pleasantly surprised and didn't make doing so painful. Maybe the company manufacturing the Lorell filing cabinets will read this before they go out of business. One can hope.

  These people are pretty rude—it’s apparent by the three people I interacted with that these folks hate their jobs. The girl going on break said the lady with whom I had a 10 AM appointment for my Pre-Check had a line of people she was checking out “because she couldn’t find” me… ALL BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT! I had a 10 AM appointment, it’s 10 AM, and the lady doing my Pre-Check appointment is currently checking out a long line of people because I wasn’t standing right in the back corner of Staples at 9:40. I believe Deb’s exact words were “Sorry hon, you’re gonna have to hold on now” despite me being exactly on-time 😄🤷🏽‍♀️ Seriously, you can look through my reviews to see that I don’t post negative reviews. But this place really isn’t the Staples to go to if you want any sort of customer service 🥴
