  Package Marked Delivered but Never Received I am extremely disappointed with my recent USPS delivery experience. My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I checked the delivery area and surrounding locations and was unable to locate the package. I immediately contacted USPS and opened Service Request. I was informed that my inquiry had been forwarded to the appropriate management team for research, but I still have not received my package or a satisfactory explanation regarding where it was actually delivered. This is especially frustrating because a package should not be marked “delivered” unless it has actually been delivered to the correct address or authorized delivery location. I would like USPS to investigate the delivery scan, verify the location where the carrier scanned and left the package, and provide me with a clear resolution. I am requesting that USPS take this matter seriously and help locate my package as soon as possible. Simply showing the package as “delivered” does not resolve the issue when the customer never received it.The maintenance man in my apartments helped me open the door because I couldn't get the key in and when he opened it we both was in shocked to notice my package wasn’t there.

  We go for a long period of time no mail, even though we know there should be. All of the sudden our mail box is full and all our missing mail shows up. I had an important letter coming and took 15 days coming from Virginia. It sat at our post office most likely a large majority of the time. We have a long list of issues and when we have called, they act like it is an inconvenience for them. I would be happy if they would just deliver our mail. It is so bad we do not even try to send mail from our box. I drop it in a box when I am in Tomball because there are issues when done that way.

  John was such a big help when we scheduled 3 new passport appointments. He was the only one working the front and he made sure to stay calm, informative, and helpful. He explained everything well and was super organized. As people came for mail service he would help them and multitask to keep the line moving. Big kudos to him. He even assisted with my passport renewal. We are super thankful we made the appointment at this location.

  JOHN!!! What great customer service! I was visiting from Mass and used this postal location and John was so helpful and kind. Made sure the laptop I had to ship back was secured and I purchased the necessary insurance. Its hard to find food customer service these days. So thank you! Good guy to have working there.

  Never again... I learned that my package had the wrong address and immediately tried to rectify! I called USPS at every step of the way, ever single person told me a little something different, but in the end there was nuffin they could do.. Even when I call to speak to a manager here, I was told a hold would be placed and I could just show my ID. Still nothing done and the package was sent and delivered.Iv spent over 2 hrs on hold and being transferred Talking to management and whatever new sad employees who would do nuffin about it. This is so sad! Id pay double just to avoid them! If there is any issue dont count on help
