  When I returned to the store, there were no other customers, just four people chit-chatting, and they rushed me. When I expressed my discomfort with being hurried, she replied, "Please organize your items next time!" I asked for a supervisor (she needed to stop chatting and listen to me), and she said, "You may say we didn't do a satisfactory job, so we'll stop your return now!" I told her now I know why your staff is behaving like this; they learn it from you. Unprofessional and unethical.

  I went to do some Amazon returns. The hours state they close at 2:30. I arrived at 2:24 (I know I was cutting it close but I was there before the stated closing time). The door was open and there were no customers and a few employees there. Maybe 3? A young man said “sorry we’re closed for the day” and I replied “even though it’s not 2:30 yet?” And he said yes. This is unprofessional and bad customer service. The traffic in the area is horrible and was not easy for us to get there. I won’t be coming here again.

  I dropped off a package here after sending them the prepaid USPS label. The owner took the package, printed the packing slip, and I left. Twenty‑four hours later, USPS still shows no scan, no acceptance, no movement. In 20 years of shipping, I have never had a package go 24 hours without at least an acceptance scan. When I asked about it, the owner immediately brushed it off with “that’s normal with USPS.” No, it’s not. Not even close. Instead of checking whether they put the wrong label on it or verifying anything on their end, he just said “not my problem” and acted like I was bothering him. Zero accountability, zero effort, zero customer service. If the package doesn’t show up, I’ll be filing a small‑claims case for the $400 value. Maybe then they’ll care. FYI if you took possession of the package and was supposed to hand it off you are and will be held legally responsible for that package. This is how the law works. I will be filing a claim against you. One star for the attitude alone.
