- JSJonathan ShaperoAug 18, 20261.0An eBay package that would not fit in the mailbox, was not delivered. They claim that when they scanned the package tracking number at the post office, it automatically states an unsuccessful attempt. They told me the package was being held at the Kingsbury post office, which it was and I had to pick it up myself because the postal delivery person did not want to deliver it today. The personnel at the Kingsbury post office was completely unhelpful and if anything seen bothered that I was even complaining. It sounds like someone needs to get fired, because these employees make it obvious that they don't care about how they do their jobs. If this were a private sector job, they would have been long gone!

Cost customers dollars paid to companies because post office cannot, has not and is continuously late posting the mail. Most small towns have the most efficiently operating post offices. Not in Luling. Totally unacceptable operation.

- WNWilliam NewtonDec 6, 20195.0We sent an envelope via "Priority Mail" (tracking) from La Porte, TX to Kingsbury, TX (got delivered by Luling Post Office). For some reason it went to Illinois (good thing we had a tracking number). So, I called the Post Office Help line and they put in a "Service Request". They didn't really explain what that meant - but okay... Somehow it started making it's back to Texas - and when it was in Austin - I got a call (voice message) from David at the Luling Post Office stating that they were tracking my package and that it should be delivered by the next day. Well, I got a call the next day from David (actually talked to him this time) and he was calling me to let me know that they had the envelope and it would be delivered that afternoon. Even had the carrier ask me if i wanted it put in the mailbox or out by the gate. So yeah, three days late ain't great - but it was good customer service in response to the situation. So, the five stars is for the Luling Post Office customer service!
