- JBJoAnna BurnsJun 17, 20261.0Do not use the Postal Service because they have proved unreliable. Many packages have been lost and the final straw was something I could not replace at all. There are many kind people and they do say sorry but sorry does not bring back a package with lots of sentimental value. Imagine if it was medicine you needed or something for your grandmother/grandfather. Had to call multiple times and no result as well as open multiple cases for one package....all closed no results. Kindness is always an appreciated option but the inability to do one's important job is not.

I have not received so much important mail, lost titles to my son’s truck and RV, packages, bills, and now multiple people asking if my son received the graduation cards they sent. They want to blame it on Shreveport and it never arriving to them. The crazy thing is it sometimes shows up on the email scan out for delivery but we don’t receive it. There has to be someone that can investigate this nonsense.

Most of the time, the worker at the desk is taking their time, moving slowly, and disregarding the fact that people are waiting entirely too long in line. They need to fix this issue.
