- CCCrystal Curl2 days ago1.0HORRIBLE!!!! I went here after moving on 8-1-2026, went to fill out change of address forms for my family on 8-3-2026. So from 8/3 till 8/25 I WAS PICKING UP MY MAIL IT WAS THERE EVERYDAY FROM THOSE DATES. I had a lady ask me why hadn't had my mail "forwarded" I explained the situation and she let me know she would have a supervisor call me, my lease was shown for verification because my drivers licensee had not been updated yet. Yesterday 9/1 I went looking for my mail. NOT THERE. I can see my mail in my informed delivery but its at "Shreveport" IT WOULDNT BEEN THERE IF THEY WOULD HAVE SIMPLY DONE THEIR JOB THE CORRECT WAY!!!!!! NOW I HAVE 2 CHECKS AND AN IMPORTANT JOB DOCUMENT THAT WILL BE RETURNED AND NOT DISTRUBTED TO ME IN A TIMELY MANNER.

The whole process took less than 20 minutes arrive early if you’re walking in so that you don’t have to wait on others.

Today she marked one package as delivered (it wasn't and only God knows where it is) and brought my other one back to the post office, saying I have to go pick it up now. I have a package delivery box right next to my mailbox. Absolute worst USPS I have ever dealt with

- JBJoAnna BurnsJun 17, 20261.0Do not use the Postal Service because they have proved unreliable. Many packages have been lost and the final straw was something I could not replace at all. There are many kind people and they do say sorry but sorry does not bring back a package with lots of sentimental value. Imagine if it was medicine you needed or something for your grandmother/grandfather. Had to call multiple times and no result as well as open multiple cases for one package....all closed no results. Kindness is always an appreciated option but the inability to do one's important job is not.
