  There is an older man here who absolutely will not do his job. I wasn’t greeted when it was my turn, he wouldn’t even give me eye contact. Not one hello or acknowledgement. As I was holding a toddler he was instructing me to find tags. Then he told me to find the size tag to confirm the size as if I worked for him. I got annoyed and told him to do it as it’s his job. He told me that I “didn’t have to yell” when I was not yelling. He pushed further and said “you can just ask me for help” with finding the tags when I pointed out that I was holding a child. I told him I would not do his job for him. I’ve never been asked to do all of that for a return. Usually the person behind the counter finds the tags and does a size confirmation. This experience was specific to this employee who thinks customers are his subordinates. He should absolutely be fired. Absolutely infuriating experience.

  The customer service at this store is extremely disappointing. The older man who works here is consistently rude, impatient, and unwelcoming. He often comes across as angry and grumpy, making customers feel like they are an inconvenience rather than valued customers. I regularly drop off my packages at this store, but I have rarely, if ever, seen him treat customers with kindness, courtesy, or appreciation for their business. Good customer service requires patience, respect, and a welcoming attitude, none of which seem to be present here. If someone is unwilling to treat customers respectfully, perhaps it is time to reconsider whether this is the right job for them. Customers deserve better service, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

  Same as others. The guy there Tesfaye, really bad attitude. Cut you off when speaking or trying to ask a question, a part of the label sticker not all the way down gave it back to stick it down, exerting more energy than if he did it... 👎🏾

  Owner is not polite. and never goes out of his way to help. I have been in here several times and he just keeps working on whatever he’s doing. Does not say hi and does not even recognize that the cup stammer is there for several minutes. This has happened multiple times. Then I went into drop off my Amazon package. There were no polybags for easy drop off, so I had to wait on him to finish what he was doing to come in, get my Amazon drop-off. It is much easier just to go to Whole Foods. Not friendly and not convenient.

  The guy that is working here is always so rude and aggressive. He makes me not want to come to this location even tho I have to ship a lot and it’s the closest one to me.
