I needed to mail a package but I wasn't sure exactly the policies, the nice woman helped me and instructed me on what was expected for the package. It was also very inexpensive to send.

They needlessly held my package here for a week, I only live 5 hours from there and it took them 6 DAYS. I suppose long enough for it to be robbed, and then send out an empty box. You'll be hearing from me. So where are my package contents, 2 years TWO YEARS! what's this, claim that usps is the only service that delivers to residential and business addresses on a regular basis. USPS seems to forget that fedex, ups, and dhl exist. Wow, what an egotistical statement USPS. Maybe the owner needs to be educated in the fact that USPS isn't the only carrier in the country since the owner is clearly out of touch with reality. Also usps as an organization stole things aent to me back in December for my birthday. It's now 3/1/22 still nothing, and this was now way back in December of 2021.. i know there was money aent to me.. it's gone never gonna get it. The year before they sent my mailed money theu a shredder, and i had to get a check rewritten because of neglect and negligent mishandling of a card sized envelope. Maybe this is why usps funding gets cut, based on my experience and others who've been jerked around is one reason for budget cuts, no reason thieves should be paid for thieving or aending packages in endless circles.
