- RRroustabout_xSep 21, 20261.0Service Request #91739369 been trying to report bad sub-contractor driver > I have security camera videos...went online same day to report incident, gotta case number at least but no response from USPS. Driver didn't speak English. Sumbitch drove across my lawn twice. When he arrived then when he departed. Second time after I talked to him, as if what I just told him didn't count. He spent seven minutes at my front door looking for my package (which was a small item) in his car which appears to be private vehicle stuffed full of packages. He coulda just left package in mailbox at curb. But no...he had to drive across my lawn to get closer to front door so he wouldn't hafta walk so far. Unacceptable.

In one month of operating an online business they have lost a handful of my packages, overcharged me for bogus weight adjustments (stated my 4lb box weighed 25 where I still haven’t been reimbursed) and sent shipments with prepaid labels back to me for not enough postage with no basis. Don’t even bother requesting to speak with management because they are about as informed as all the other clerks. I wish they could fathom how their terrible service impacts those who utilize there services. Like where is the accountability or at least can someone please explain to me why it is so hard to not suck at the one thing your company exist to do!
- AMApril MootryAug 24, 20261.0A Caucasian woman with black hair and a black hat on today, August 24th at about 3:50 PM crumpled up my prepaid shipping label because I chose to use my own polymer bag rather than purchase one from the post office. The shipping label was already paid for, there was no reason to crumple my label up so that I could not use it. Terrible customer service.
