I don't know the old white lady's name at the front desk but she is very rude and unwelcoming. I felt like I was bothering them just trying to ask for simple information. Very unprofessional

Called me out of the blue and when I told them not to call back, they blamed me for them calling me. Ha! I've had my number for 2+ years and they claim I'm someone else. Lady was rude about it then hung up on me when I called her on it.
