Carriers are no longer based out of the Lorena post office-Therefore, you’re given a slip with two phone numbers for Waco in order to get a hold of a carrier. One number goes direct to voicemail and the other number is never answered. Not really sure how they expect us to conduct business if we can’t even receive our own mail. Any tracking that states you can pick up your package or envelope at the Lorena post office is incorrect.

Just to find out that it got delivered to the wrong address and is now probably lost! Something needs to change at this Post Office. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how packages/mail can constantly get delivered to wrong addresses here and seemingly nothing is ever done about it. It's like the staff here do not care about our mail or their jobs.

I live on Thompson circle and my mail is always missing thankfully we have great neighbors who return our mail to us whenever its misplaced in our mailbox which is about 2 times a month we also get our neighbors random mail and we have to go out of our way to return it as well. Again somethinh here has to change I just wanna be able to receive my mail when its suppose to with no issues
