- SPSweet Pea4 days ago1.0Hermon Harris a supervisor at the downtown post office gives customers packages away to other customers and thinks it's funny! He should be transferred to another post office or demoted! He allowed the person to keep their property until they return it which is theft! BEWARE OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR VERY SUSPICIOUS!

And refuse to wear his glasses because he can't see that good! As a supervisor he failed to do his job and have violated customers rights! He allowed this person to keep other people packages and didn't make any effort to retrieve the packages! Unprofessional and ignorant and disrespectful!

Mailed out a care package on the 22nd of February and it still stating it's a the longview facility..I've been talking to the "supervisor AMY" And she stated she will try this and try that...called her today and she hasn't heard anything else about where the package could be. I asked her for the shreveport post office address or phone # to attempt them...but she said No I don't have that....you ARE A SUPERVISOR AND DONT HAVE THAT INFORMATION!? ARE YOU KIDDING. GET LOST.NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN!
