- KBKirste BrooksJun 17, 20262.0I gave this place 2 stars because when I came on Monday they were exceedingly helpful even when I didn't know I had to tape it up first they were nice enough to do it for me and put my shopping label in one of those waterproof stickers as well. Today the guys refused to do it. I taped the box which is all their signs said i had to do. He told me that wasn't enough and that I had to tape a PAPER shopping label on a box going to MA which makes no sense because the pebble will get torn or messed up. Told me I had to buy tape that he wouldn't use theirs and just kept shaking his head when I said they but it in the label holder 2 days ago. The nice people that helped me on Monday are the only reason it's not 1 start

We joked about how I only needed two stamps that cost about $1.50, but all I had was a $20 bill to pay with. He was super friendly and made the interaction enjoyable. Great customer service!

- SJSam JohnsonFeb 17, 20171.0This post office is full of thieves! Mailed box in person on 31 Dec 2016 with a tracking number and still haven't received yet in Virginia. Go to a Dallas. Shut them down....please. Do not trust them with your mail of any kind. Can't get a domestic, ground service box in less than a month but yet I receive an order from Korea. Seriously? Christmas gifts all gone.... Really mistook the friendly service.
