- MSMarinna StineJul 25, 20262.0I wish I could leave a positive review because I see a lot of people here do like this post office, but the most I can do is two stars because of my experience just now. I came in with a package and I just needed to know whether or not it was possible for them to help me print a shipping label using the alphabetical and numerical code I was given under the QR code, as I was advised by them they are not able to scan a QR code a couple days prior over the phone. (I get it, some places don’t have a way to scan but some do have a way to type out a code via keyboard) Unfortunately all I was given was a QR code and the alphabetical and numerical code and not a way to print the label. The customer service given wasn’t very kind from the manager I assume working there. She had no sympathy it seems for the situation and bluntly told me the closest place to scan a QR code would be Conroe Tx. Didn’t even really want to hear me out about the code that could possibly typed in and just said “no”. I get that they may get that question MANY times daily, but as someone who also works in CS, I try my best to give a kind answer back even if I have already heard that question several times throughout my day… please try to be kinder to who you help deliver packages to and from here, ma’am. :(

I came in simply to pick up an Amazon package and was treated with disrespect from the moment I walked in. Instead of being helpful, the staff were rude, impatient, and made me feel like I was bothering them. Customer service matters, especially when people are paying for a mailbox service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on treating customers with more professionalism and respect.
