She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire passport application process for my family. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure everything was completed correctly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate her excellent customer service and positive attitude. Thank you, PJ, for going above and beyond!
- LYLaura YoungJun 23, 20263.0Sean and one other female worker at this location are absolutely amazing but, sadly, everyone else is rude and I cringe whenever I have to go in and deal with them. I usually just drop packages on the counter or - if they fit - drop them in the bin, just to avoid the unpleasantness when these two awesome workers are not in. There is one male worker who will not help customers, but goes out of his way to go in the back and get another employee to help them instead. There is one female worker who seems to have difficulty with English and is very rude - even if I try to positively engage with her and be nice. The local post office experience shouldn't be like this - I've never had such issues with a small branch. They are usually very friendly, helpful and enjoy working with local residents.

Unfortunately, I was made to wait for over 30 minutes while walk-in customers were being taken ahead of me. I understand businesses try to accommodate walk-ins, but appointments should be prioritized and respected.
