  While it seems I cant reply to others reviews I can certainly do my part in making sure that these people get the recognition they deserve. I had a feeling after I came in yesterday there would be some negativity spouted. @Kimberly not only was I IN the store during the entirety of this interaction, I was also still there after you left where the trainee stated you were actually the aggressor in this situation. Apparently, according to your review, you're also a liar. The manager was not only incredibly professional and patient, but very to the point as to why your item wasn't acceptable. If you had actually absorbed anything she said instead of being hateful. Maybe you just aren't used to the word "no" and if you are so "frequent" you should have known better and read your directions that come with your returns. As far as the employees as a whole they have been nothing but kind and professional to all walks of life that come through their doors, but they still have a job to do and rules to follow. Its a shame that they have to deal with people like you who are delusional and think they're above rules. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

  Apparently, if you look like you’re annoyed this employee/manger feels she has the right to come from the back of the building not knowing what you said and aggressively shout their policies at you. When I asked her why, she explains again very aggressively customers are often annoyed with their policies and I looked annoyed and she was confronting me to train her new employee. Very sad! I tried to explain I was upset with a mistake by Amazon that I have to do all the extra work which had nothing to do with their policies. I was a frequent customer and I have no issue with their policies just the way this employee decided to show her younger employees how to treat their customers.

  I dropped things daily at UPS in Burnet, Texas. I had a package that Required a QR code. So I drove to this Liberty Hill location with another package also that I had and she wouldn’t take it like it was packaged. I returned them in what Amazon shipped them to me all the time. This one had my label over the top of the label that I received it with. And instead of suggesting what she could do for me, she told me that as a customer, I was wrong and didn’t read instructions and slapped a little plastic board in front of me. Very condescending and hateful and I, honestly, was hateful back. I will never go in there again and I know they don’t care. But just wanted to give you a heads up of what you expect in there. I am headed towards the other UPS office here in Liberty Hill just to see what the difference will be.

  Made my Amazon return process 10X easier than I’d thought it would be! Super friendly staff who immediately attended to me when I walked in.
