  Extremely disappointed with this location. I dropped off four Amazon returns totaling over $1,000 more than an hour before closing. One return was scanned and immediately showed up in Amazon's system. The other three were accepted by the employee but never scanned, and I received no proof of drop-off for those items. As a result, Amazon has no record that those returns were received. What concerns me most is that customers should never hand over expensive merchandise without receiving confirmation that it has been processed. If an item is accepted by the store, it should be scanned and documented before being set aside. I would strongly recommend verifying that every return has been scanned and that you receive documentation for each item before leaving this location. Clearly they just leave right at closing regardless if they have even processed what they’ve accepted.

  As I pulled up in the parking lot I saw line out the door and I was like wow what but I did went in waiting in that long line. 4 minutes later the store associate said they are experiencing some technical difficulties and WiFi issues so they were unable to help with any transactions!!! What a bummer!!

  The staff at this location are extremely rude and pushy. They offer no patience or courtesy while you’re trying to pull up your Amazon access codes, making the experience feel worse than a trip to the DMV. There isn’t even a simple greeting when you walk in the door. Customer service seems to be an afterthought here. As someone who has owned UPS franchise stores in California, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If this location hopes to become a successful, million-dollar store, it needs a major change in attitude and customer service culture.

  I really don’t like leaving low reviews, as I like to give stores as much sympathy as possible, but my experience here was so egregious that I had to leave this review. It was my first time shipping a package, and I showed the front desk worker the exact address in text. She typed it in and I left the store. But turns out, she not only typed the wrong street name, but the wrong zip code and city. I showed her the plain text address and she messed up every single part of it. I then had to call UPS for 3 hours going back and forth with how to change the address. It was even worse since the zip code was botched, and they don’t let you change zip codes in the app. The UPS general number said to call this store again and ask them to manually change the address for me. So I call this store and they say they have no idea of how to change it. And now my package is still out there, not having yet been delivered, and I have no idea what’s going to happen to it. This is such a frustrating experience that could have been so easily avoided had the front desk worker simply took the care to type the address correctly. I don’t understand how someone can mess up both the street name, city, and zip code when it is shown to them in plain text.
