  Alex was amazing! Very personable and extremely friendly! Most of the time when you ship something, whether it be usps, ups, FedEx, etc, you get someone who typically acts like they are annoyed they have to scan In your package and annoyed that they had to wake up and go to work, but Alex was the absolute polar opposite! He was very nice, patient, personable, and extremely friendly! Had a great convo with him about watches after he complicated me on mine and it just brought my entire mood up today. Would highly recommend this UPS and whoever runs this store, if they see this, Alex deserves a raise 1000%! Keep up the great work and thank you Alex for the burst of positivity! It goes a long way!!

  I love this store. Alex is always there with a smile and happy to assist me. The store is very clean, fully stocked and professional. I highly recommend.

  I went in this morning to return some Amazon packages, and the employee immediately yelled at me to use the self-service machine. I understand that businesses can be short-staffed, but customer service should still remain professional and respectful. Customers should be able to choose how they want their service handled, whether through self-service or with assistance from an employee. Being yelled at and told to use the machine is unacceptable and not the way customers should be treated. I have also reported this experience to Amazon.

  I went into the store today with a complex, multi-step errand involving document printing, a notary public, and setting up prepaid return shipping. I was honestly pretty anxious about getting it all done correctly, but Alex made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, Alex was kind, welcoming, and took care of every single detail efficiently. Instead of treating it like a tedious transaction, he treated me like a friend and turned a typically annoying and painful chore into a genuinely fun experience. I am so grateful for his outstanding customer service. Alex is a huge asset to this location! Thank you again!

  Alex is the most knowledgable and helpful UPS Store employee I've ever worked with! He knew exactly what to do with my wifi equipment to make sure they didn't charge me when I changed services, and he made it so easy! He gave answers I didn't know I needed! Rare service, great place!
