They are always playful with each other and its nice to see they have their fun and are happy whole doing their work. Today I noticed the energy was a little heavy and Everyone was quiet. I quickly realized why. Their manager Jon (who I had never even seen before) was the one that helped me. What an unpleasant person. Hes one of those that feels like he needs to show he's the one in control. Definitely not good vibes today. Im sorry for the employees when he's around cause everyone is super nice and dont deserve that kind of person overseeing things.

I prefer UPS store to print my documents because you can simply send your document to the store email without any service charge. The worst. 2 min process took 10 mins.
