- FHFelicia HinojosaMay 4, 20261.0Horrible customer service. Maam at front always seems upset. Had never used self serve kiosk but she definitely helped me understand better by shouting “Downnn.” She meant for me the bring the box lower for it to scan. Jesus and therapy are really good for those kind of issues. Sister also said she’s had the same experience w the exact same lady. She witnessed her being horrible to her trainee as well.
- SVS VApr 18, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the FedEx Office in The Colony. I went in to scan and fax documents, and when I asked the employee for help, he just told me to “go to the machine” because it would give me directions. It didn’t. The machine gave me an error after scanning, and when I went back to ask for help, another customer told me her fax had been charged to my card, which only had a small balance left. Only then did the employee mention that I needed to press “Complete” — something that was never explained and wasn’t clearly shown on the screen. He also told me I could only scan 55 pages at a time, another instruction that was never communicated upfront. Overall, the lack of guidance and unwillingness to help made the whole process frustrating and confusing. If customers are expected to use these machines on their own, staff should at least be willing to provide clear instructions and support when something goes wrong.
