- VHVenus Hoggett2 days ago5.0The clerk that worked with is was absolutely amazing! I am not sure of her name. We recently moved back home from up north. She has a warm personality, just what we missed. She was also very helpful and gave some good ideas for around the area. She is just one more reason that helped us to know moving back home was the right decision.

- JGJordan GuthrieSep 14, 20265.0Dave Was very nice and helpful as my wife and I just mailed out our Thank you cards for our wedding and we're having some issues of folks getting the cards. Dave explained the process and gave us some peace of mind that we can still hope to see all the cards be delivered. Very professional thank you again Dave 🫡🫡🫡 (also Dorothy is a sweetheart as well and was also very helpful and kind)
- BBBillyAug 19, 20261.0I am leaving a review to formally report a highly disappointing experience I had at your post office location. During my visit, I was assisted by a female employee who exhibited a terrible attitude and an completely unprofessional demeanor. Furthermore, she strongly smelled of marijuana, which is entirely unacceptable for a postal employee representing a federal service. Due to this poor standard of customer service and lack of professionalism, I will no longer be utilizing this location for my postal needs. Moving forward, I intend to take my business to the Cedar Park post office instead, and I will be advising others in the community to do the same. I trust that you will review this matter with your staff to ensure that appropriate professional standards are maintained in the future.
