I am leaving a review to formally report a highly disappointing experience I had at your post office location. During my visit, I was assisted by a female employee who exhibited a terrible attitude and an completely unprofessional demeanor. Furthermore, she strongly smelled of marijuana, which is entirely unacceptable for a postal employee representing a federal service. Due to this poor standard of customer service and lack of professionalism, I will no longer be utilizing this location for my postal needs. Moving forward, I intend to take my business to the Cedar Park post office instead, and I will be advising others in the community to do the same. I trust that you will review this matter with your staff to ensure that appropriate professional standards are maintained in the future.

The couriers have no idea what they're doing and don't actually knock on the doors when attempting to deliver packages. My package need a signature, so I stayed home all day to wait for it. Without a knock, I got the failed delivery notification and a pink slip on my door. Where it got better was once I came to this office in person. A lovely woman named Amanda helped find my package, and even got it delivered to us right then and there because our mailbox was broken. There was another man who was very helpful but I didn't catch his name. If you ever have any issues, don't call, don't use the website, come in person and these people will get you sorted.

I have the best experience in this post office I've been coming in here for over 15 years and I've watched it grow with time. I need a little bit of help today and Amanda helped me out. I just want to give a huge shout out to her as she is amazing at her job. I can't believe this place has a 2.4 rating as it is the best post office ever. Thank you all again for being awesome

I’m sure no one cares that I’m complaining about the postal service, but I’m doing it anyway. I too work in a public service industry; two of them actually. I’m a healthcare worker so I can understand being frustrated or annoyed sometimes when dealing with the public, but my packages being returned on the day of delivery when they were addressed properly and there was room in the mailbox is absurd. Additionally, beating up the packages that come (completely torn apart boxes) and writing on them to “check my mail…” I’m sorry, what? The packages clearly did not fit in the mailbox so I’m not sure why they were attempted to be shoved in there in the first place. I don’t know if anyone even reads these, and it’s truly for my own mental peace that I’m even writing this. I’m just frustrated and I don’t like that postal workers are somehow not held accountable when doing things unnecessarily and unjustifiably. Also, the attitude I received when I went to retrieve mail from the post office was actually wild and uncalled for. Kindness truly does go a long way.
