- DNDamini NMAug 18, 20261.0Please GO TO A UPS STORE INSTEAD!!! I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was frustrating and honestly ridiculous. I went to this PostNet location to get a few documents scanned. The first lady agreed to help me, but then an older lady stepped in after hearing that I had multiple documents and told me it would be $7.85 PER DOCUMENT to scan them. I genuinely couldn’t believe what I heard, so I asked her to confirm the price and yes, $7.85 for EACH document. It honestly felt less like that was a reasonable scanning fee and more like she simply didn’t want to do it. If that was the case, she could have just said so politely instead of quoting such an obnoxious price. I went to a nearby UPS Store instead and had a completely different experience. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
