- DFDahlia FickOct 8, 20261.0Very incompetent worker by the name of "Brian" who kept interrupting me and would only make excuses as to the tracking of a package instead of trying to find a solution. UPS sent the package to the League City post office who for some reason, sent it to New Jersey. I have been patiently waiting for a month and no package. "Brian" claims nothing can be done because UPS probably didn't send the package even though it tracking # shows USPS received it.

People come here on their lunch break and spend their entire time waiting in line. None of the employees are ever in a hurry. The self service kiosk is either always broken or out of receipt paper or small labels. Get it together League City!

Mr smart guy with the glasses and goatee just wanted to tell me how I was wrong, but not how to correct it after I explained how I needed to mail a sealed envelope with stamps. So, just to not deal with that office ever again, I’m just gonna send it as a package and eat the five dollars since tiny little bubble mailers weighing less than two ounces make it a package which technically makes it a package. What could have been done differently, and would have solved my problem, and generated a sale from USPS. Instead of questioning why I didn’t want to use the envelope that was sealed medical documentation as the actual envelope, he could have grabbed something that would have fit my needs and show me why next time I should do this.
