- LCLynn CSep 18, 20261.0I called and spoke to the postal worker Joe. Regarding a package that said it was delivered yet I never received it after submitting the claim I asked Joe who I could complain to. He told me I just complained and then Joe hung up on me I. proceeded to call back to get his supervisor, Joe told me he is a supervisor and proceeded to scream and yell at me at the top of his lungs to where I could hear people in the background saying what’s going on. Joe also stated there is no post master.

- EEElizabethJul 16, 20261.0The clerk is extremely rude, she acts like its a privilege to be serviced by her. She hit the green smile on the screen although her customer service was ATROCIOUS! She then lied about giving me 2 keys for my PO Box. Why is she never in uniform? She is not groomed well either. Its so sad. The USPS needs to get a grip on this small station.
