- JCJonathan CassoAug 11, 20261.0I sat in the “passport office” for over 2 hours with all my paperwork complete. No instructions on wall no signs of anything renewal forms are empty it was a complete disaster. The post office on Delmar is much more organized and friendly at this location I can’t even get a simply question answered. Almost 3 hours and I haven’t spoken to anyone and the lady in the office has seen me sitting down and still hasn’t chosen to acknowledge me the worst possible location in any Texas town I’ve ever experienced this visit has been so upsetting

This post office is so slow because this poor lady is overwhelmed by tons of people that come. Please whoever is in charge get more employees in here.
