First off go to the USPS on del mar, way better customer service. i drove 28 minutes to get here with my two year old son had to get him off (he was asleep) took out my FOUR package boxes out and into the store in 100 degree weather, imagine that. i wait my turn in line and he gives me a lot of instructions that i never get when i go to the delmar location. hm. maybe bc it was 15 minutes before close? People need to start having more empathy for others, considering all i went through. Are these locations Franchises; are there different rules? ¡Esto va para Rafael Carranza! Para empezar, mejor vayan a la oficina de correos de Del Mar; la atención al cliente es mucho mejor allí. Conduje 28 minutos hasta aquí con mi hijo de dos años; tuve que bajarlo (estaba dormido) y cargar con mis CUATRO paquetes para llevarlos adentro... imagínense eso. Esperé mi turno en la fila y él me dio un montón de instrucciones que nunca me dan cuando voy a la sucursal de Del Mar. Mmm... ¿quizás porque faltaban 15 minutos para el cierre? La gente debería tener más empatía con los demás, considerando todo lo que pasé. ¿Son estas sucursales franquicias? ¿Tienen normas diferentes?
