There was no knock on the door or ring of the doorbell. My whole family was home to hear them. Instead I have to go pick up the letter that would have taken 10 seconds to sign for.

While retrieving my mail from the back, I mentioned the situation to him and he immediately called the delivery driver and helped arrange everything for me. He was extremely efficient, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. Truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you, sir.
