While retrieving my mail from the back, I mentioned the situation to him and he immediately called the delivery driver and helped arrange everything for me. He was extremely efficient, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. Truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you, sir. I unfortunately didn’t get your name, but your help did not go unnoticed.
- DGDora Angelina GallegosMay 1, 20262.0Employees are very polite and helpful. This facility lacks the self serve part of coming the the postal office. Had to wait a whole hour to mail out letters when I could have done it myself in less than 10 minutes if supplies were available.
