This is a terrible courier company. A friend sent a package to me with the correct delivery address—a local shop—and my phone number included. Yet, they claimed they couldn't find the location and tried to return the package to the sender. On top of that, they attempted to obtain my bank card details, forcing me to cancel and replace my card. What kind of garbage company is this?

Statement Regarding FedEx Next-Morning Delivery and Guarantee I am formally express my profound dissatisfaction with FedEx’s Next-Morning delivery service and its associated money-back guarantee. After paying a significant premium for expedited, time-sensitive shipping, I have concluded that the service as currently administered does not deliver value commensurate with its cost. The core of my grievance is this: FedEx actively markets and charges a premium for its “Next-Morning” commitment, presenting it as a reliable, guaranteed solution for urgent shipments. However, when a delivery fails to meet that commitment, FedEx routinely invokes broad, vague exceptions for “weather” or “events out of our control.” In practice, these exceptions are applied so generically and retroactively that the guarantee becomes functionally meaningless. This is not a matter of isolated incidents. The pattern is clear: a blanket exclusion for weather or operational disruptions, cited after the fact, effectively nullifies the guarantee for a majority of failures. There is no meaningful burden of proof placed on FedEx to demonstrate that the specific delay was truly unavoidable, nor is there transparency about which geographic areas or time windows are actually covered. The customer is left paying a premium for a promise that carries no enforceable accountability. If the guarantee is voided by nearly any weather event anywhere along a package’s journey—or by any internal disruption FedEx chooses to classify as “beyond their control” then it is not a guarantee. It is a marketing illusion. Consequently, I can no longer justify the substantial cost of Next-Morning Air service. The premium price is predicated on a reliability that FedEx does not, in fact, stand behind. For critical shipments, I am forced to seek alternatives—whether other carriers with more transparent service-level agreements, or simply lower-cost options that do not pretend to offer a guarantee they will not honor. I urge FedEx to do one of two things: 1. Honor the guarantee as marketed with clear, specific, and verifiable exceptions, not blanket disclaimers; or 2. Stop advertising and pricing the service as a guaranteed product when it is, in reality, contingent on countless variables that routinely invalidate that promise. Until such changes are made, I cannot recommend Next-Morning Air to any business or individual who genuinely depends on time-definite delivery. The cost far outweighs the reliability, and the guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on.
