- CEclifton ervin2 days ago1.0Formal Complaint Regarding Damaged Delivery and Driver Conduct To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a FedEx delivery made to my residence on August 28, 2026, at approximately 12:28 PM. The conduct of the driver and the condition in which my package was left were unacceptable and far below the standard of care expected from a professional delivery service. The package contained a birthday gift for my wife, an item of both monetary and personal importance. Instead of handling the box properly, the driver dragged the package across the ground, causing the cardboard to rip open. The contents were exposed and damaged as a direct result of this mishandling. What occurred afterward was equally concerning. Rather than notifying me or attempting to secure the damaged item, the driver tossed the product back into the torn box and left it on my porch in that condition. This behavior demonstrates a clear disregard for the integrity of the shipment and for basic professionalism. I am requesting the following: - A full investigation into the driver’s conduct - Replacement or reimbursement for the damaged item - Confirmation that corrective action will be taken to prevent similar incidents FedEx is trusted by millions of customers for reliable service.
