There’s sometimes might be 1 other customer. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and answered all my questions quickly and throughly. I highly recommend them.

I grt there at 10:51am (BPT🤦🏾♂️), and they stop taking passport walk-ins at 11am 😬, I'm starting to freak out, (I HAD 2 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME!!!) In my head it wasn't going to happen lol. Buuuuuuut!!! Zita saved the freakin day man. Zita Zita Zita, I appreciate you so much. Yall she took the initiative, when she clearly didn't have to, and helped me process my application and picture to speed things up. Even with all her efforts, by the time I got to Joe, it was 11:05am, and im thinking he was going to say come back tomorrow we stopped taking applications, an he would've been right about it. But nah, he reviewed my application, swore an oath for legitimacy, and then i pull out my ghetto ahh CASHAPP debit card we all swore wasn't going to work LMAO 🤦🏾♂️ but by the grace of God man that bad boy went through. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 If your in my situation minus the time crunch, you will spend about 183.00 after its all said and done. Don't bring a credit card, it must be a debit card, dont do cashapp, God was in a really generous mood this day. It must be a debit BANK card, or a money order or check, or cash. And im telling you now, ask for Joe and Mrs. Zita. They will get you right. Bad reviews for this place have got to be left by morning old grumps and thats all I gotta say about that! Promote these 2 immediately. I will call up there an check to 👀 EXCELLENT SERVICE! ☆☆☆☆☆

I can sell you the stamps and you can do it yourself. I asked for a supervisor and he said one is not here right now. I wouldn't mind doing it myself. But its all about how you talk to someone. Mam if you don't mind can I sell you stamps and could you put them on. Ok no problem. But how you talk to someone goes along way. I understand he had a line and he was by himself but you still have to treat all people with respect no matter what age or race.
