- MWMiriah WilliamsAug 10, 20261.0I would not recommend this location based on my experience last wednesday. I work in the area and stopped by during my lunch break to mail out my wedding invitations. I had used leftover stamps from sending my save the dates a few months back. I politely asked if they could hand-cancel the invitations at some point that day. Instead of simply explaining the policy, the employee immediately dismissed me and asked why I would want them hand-canceled. I explained that I preferred for my invitations not to go through the machine because I wouldn't want the risk of them getting bent or the envelopes being damaged. He told me that I needed to buy a specific stamp in order for them to be hand-canceled and proceeded to show me a butterfly stamp that I supposedly needed to purchase. The entire interaction felt rude and dismissive, and he made it seem as if it was a major inconvenience. I completely understand if there are specific requirements or policies regarding hand-canceling mail, but the way this wasn’t communicated properly and it had been done before without "specific stamps". Given that I had my previous mail hand-canceled at the New Braunfels location just a few months ago, I was confused by the information I was given. The reviews make a lot of sense now, hire new staff please 😅

Lady at the counter was so rude.. someone walked in at right at 5pm.. not even 5:01 yet..and she couldn’t take 20 seconds to help him, just said ‘We’RE CLosEd’. Unbelievable..

- KOKaia ObergJun 21, 20261.0Customer service is terrible & they are not timely at all. Our lock at our apartment has been “tampered & broken” for over 7 months. Yesterday I went in an asked again and they said a work order was put in but it’s not priority. After I waited 20 minutes at the door already — which happens most times — the gentleman helping me was not helpful and wouldn’t give me any guidance on why package was missing or why the locks still haven’t fixed the locks. These people really don’t know how to do their jobs and have no consideration. It’s a 30+ minute errand every week to get my mail, ridiculous!!!!
