  This place is TERRIBLE. You NEVER have boxes available and are consistently “low in stock”. That’s just poor management. Lady at the counter was so rude.. someone walked in at right at 5pm.. not even 5:01 yet..and she couldn’t take 20 seconds to help him, just said ‘We’RE CLosEd’. Unbelievable..

  This is the best post office ever. Tangie rocks beyond belief. Tasha and Mariah are amazing. Post offices normally are awful. This one is the opposite. It’ll make you happy you pay taxes. Super professional, kind, talented, goes above and beyond to help always.

  Customer service is terrible & they are not timely at all. Our lock at our apartment has been “tampered & broken” for over 7 months. Yesterday I went in an asked again and they said a work order was put in but it’s not priority. After I waited 20 minutes at the door already — which happens most times — the gentleman helping me was not helpful and wouldn’t give me any guidance on why package was missing or why the locks still haven’t fixed the locks. These people really don’t know how to do their jobs and have no consideration. It’s a 30+ minute errand every week to get my mail, ridiculous!!!!

  Very lazy mail carrier that goes to Berkshire Lakeway apts.. Leaves packages on floor of mailroom instead of using locker. Won't deliver pkgs to apt door for handicap residents.

  Worst customer service I have ever experienced; no surprise there after looking at all of the other reviews. I visit this location daily, sometimes multiple times a day to scan packages from the kiosk and then drop them in the Dropbox. This last Saturday’s visit had to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They lost power last week, their kiosk wasn’t functioning and the gal at the counter last Friday was hesitant to scan out 6 of my packages. I should preface that by saying I was the only one in the post office - not holding up the line whatsoever. Begrudgingly, she scanned them out. The next day, I had to deal with one of the men that always gives me an attitude (for YEARS, for absolutely no reason - miserable people. Tall African American at the far right counter). Anyway, the kiosk was still broken so I had to go deal with the man at the counter who I knew would give me problems. Sure enough, he was combative when I asked him for a receipt to scan my 9 packages. Claimed there’s a 5 scan limit bc it holds up the line… again, I was the only person in there and the machine was broken. I asked where there was a sign posted with this information (5 scan limit) and he claimed there wasn’t one… seems quite deceiving… is he making up the rules now? After going back and forth he scans FOUR packages and somehow scans one of them twice. So he can’t even do his job and scan out five correctly? 6 of my packages from that day have now gone missing, which I presume it was this man tampering with my mail and causing a delay. I will be filing a formal complaint against this postal employee and contacting the office of the inspector general. I’d give this location 0 stars if I could. 0/10 do not recommend.
