- DHDebra Hester6 days ago5.0Two words…Dennis Harrison Jr. just wow. Kids these days are just not respectful. They’re just serving as an employee and many times just do not bring anything more to the table. Dennis is not just serving as an employee he was a real Ambassador for all things right at UPS!. Dennis is a keeper I hope UPS pays him appropriately, he’s a real keeper. Hospitality and being kind are never taught to anyone younger than 30 but this kid was kind, welcoming, generous to assist and I was just not a number. I was Mrs. Hester. Salute thank you Dennis for making my night enjoyable!

- WHWynne HarwellSep 28, 20261.0Dennis was so great to take over a conversation I was having with another employee. He told me I could not ship using their business and I said I did it last month. He said I'm just saying it's not an option. I said what changed and he said I don't know but Me, Myself and I are telling you that we are not an option to use. My papers were from the state and UPS and FedEx were my only option. This store is so much easier to get to but I drove across town and FedEx quickly helped me understand the issue, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thank you Dennis and your 3 other selves for your inexcusable attitude.

My email said to provide an id and tracking number but wasn’t asked for either so anyone could’ve picked up my package.
