Just spent 20 minutes standing at the UPS counter being completely ignored while the employee had a full-blown conversation with a customer. A simple 'I'll be with you in a minute' goes a long way. Some people act like doing their basic job is a favor. The lack of work ethic is exhausting.

laura was the nicest and the best! i had a huge amazon return and she not only was very thorough but she was very patient and also made sure the people shopping at the store was taken care of and i. talk about multitasking at its finest! thank you laura for being incredibly kind and not making me feel rushed.

Terrible service. I had an order to pick up. Waited over 10 minutes. Another lady walked right up. The person working the counter within 3 minutes asked her name . I stated I had been waiting already 10 minutes. She then asked my last name , but proceeded to get her order ahead of mine. . I then asked to speak to a manager. I was told the assistant manager would be with me. I waited a bit again explained the situation and all he could say was how did you do the order. I said online. He said you will have to cancel online. No apology for the poor customer service etc. I told him I would NEVER order anything again for us business fe staples

No one greeted me despite multiple people at the print counter, ( a girl was on the phone and still greeted a man...but she was talking to him like he was a regular...) got my printed materials... missing 2 of the most important pages, had a double of 2 pages....something was in maroon...in print color....but was black on white background...despite paying for colored ink on all my copies... the amount of gas and time wasted waiting for service and returning to argue my case... I could have bought a printer and or went to a mom and pop shop closer to home...I will not call the store and fight with them to fix things... I had limited time for these to be done and now I do not have the right product I need and the things I do have are no good. This was my first time using staples for business and I don't think I will be returning. Almost $1 for 1 page of colored paper....missing pages, pages not correct and doubles of thing I didn't ask for. That was NOT easy btw..........
