If you've never worked retail, you may not understand how difficult it can be dealing with the public all day and maintaining a positive attitude. Jordan- you rock.

- YYYayaJul 31, 20261.0HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I Went to this store location to have documents scanned. There were two employees working, one behind the counter and another employee helping customers at the printer. I patiently waited behind a customer at the printer. Once she completed her print job, the employee checked her out and walked to the back. I didn’t say anything initially because the UPS driver was waiting, so I assumed he went to help him. After standing there for several more minutes and he didn’t return, I politely asked the other clerk if someone was going to assist me. She stated… “ you were just standing there”. To which I responded yes, “I was waiting my turn to get assistance with the printer.” She checked another customer out and then assisted me. Unable to put in the correct password, she walked to the back to get the gentleman that didn’t assist me. He entered a password on the computer and walked off again, didn’t say a word and started putting tap on a box. I asked him what was he doing and advised him that his coworker had scanned my items. He responded with oh. I told him that I had been waiting patiently and neither one of them assisted me. The lack of customer service at this location is appalling.
