- JRJames RollinsMay 10, 20261.0I am James Rollins of La Grange. I live on Rocky Creek Rd. I was coming home from HEB and a post office mini van almost ran me off the road. I had to hit the edge of the bar ditch and it was a close miss. This happened around 3:30 pm, just a few minutes ago. There was plenty of room for both of us but the other driver stayed over the center of the road instead of moving to the right side of the road. I was doing 30 and the van driver must have been doing 40-45. I don't know why he or she didn't move over. Rocky Creek is kind of a narrow road but still plenty of room for two full size pickups. I was driving a little GMC Terrain. The driver of that van didn't move over at all and almost hit me. That shouldn't be happening out here, especially in a post office vehicle. I trust you will say something to the driver. Thank you. La Grange, zip 78945.

First should come the well- defined structure and purpose of the organization; then comes training and supervision at all levels.....what's lacking here is quality and quantity of supervision and training of, apparently, everyone......
