- DFDiana FloresJun 7, 20231.0Horrible experiencia, no volvere jamas, to hiba batallando con un aparato que hiba a enviar, el tipo nunca intento ayudarme , tarde mucho en poder empacarlo pues era voluminoso, le pedi tape y me la retiraba, me decia que ya hiba a cerrar, me trato bruscamente y sin educacion . Estuve ahi de 11:30 a 12, el tipo era alto , blanco , con sobrepeso, no pregunte su nombre, me sali de ahi bastante humillada. Horrible servicio , yo trabajo en servicio al cliente y si hubiera hecho eso a cualquier cliente de seguro ya no estuviera trabajando ahi. Al principio me atendio un señor muy diferente , pero tuve que salir y comprar una caja y cuando regrese me tope con este tipo nefasto
