⭐☆☆☆☆ Beyond disappointing experience with Mina at the Kyle USPS location. From the moment I approached the counter, she came across as rude and dismissive. When there was a discrepancy with my packaging, there was no empathy or willingness to explain things respectfully. Instead of educating me professionally, her tone felt condescending. What bothered me most was that she scoffed and made a face toward the employee next to her, which came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service should involve treating people with basic courtesy, even when they make a mistake or don’t know a policy. I’ve visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately the front counter staff often seem unhappy and unapproachable. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re an inconvenience for asking questions or needing assistance. I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated by the interaction. Where did common courtesy and manners go?

I just wanted to say thank you to the nicest lady who helped me today send a package. I had just finished dental procedure and was not feeling well and had no tape. She took it from there, taped and labeled it up for me without hesitation. Friendly help made my day easier.. thank you ma'am.

How about you don’t delete the reviews that explain how your delivery drivers do not even knock on doors, but rather just leave the slip and make customers go in to the post office. I have a ring camera that caught your delivery driver, not even knocking on my door, but leaving the missed package slip forcing me to pick up my item at the post office. Some people are physically not mobile to do so which is why the delivery option is available. If delivery drivers do not want to do their job correctly then they need a new job. I shouldn’t be having to take time out of my day to watch my cameras for the post guy to come because I know they don’t do their job correctly and will just leave the slip and not knock, AGAIN. Totally unacceptable I will be writing an email as well about my concern. Do better.
