The postal worker was so patient as she took the time to understand what I needed. She then validated that I had filled everything out completely. I really appreciated her patience so that I completed the process appropriately.
- OBolivia beckerSep 15, 20262.0We have stopped in a few times now to deliver packages and to drop off previous home owners mail, both times we had a long wait (not a big deal just be prepared it’s a commitment to go) just took a long time and we eventually got things sorted. We have issues with the previous owners mail being sent to our mailbox and even when we put them into return to sender they just put the mail right back into our box. So much so that the previous owners mail filled our box to where we couldn’t get anymore mail so we ended up having to take it all into the post office ourselves and when we did we requested they stop delivering their mail. We then were informed we had to bring in our homes lease to get things switched over in there system to get them to stop. We did so as instructed. We still are getting their mail and when I called to ask about this happening I had someone answer the phone and before I could finish saying “hello” they hung up the phone on me, I called three more times after thinking it might’ve been a mistake and they continued to hang up on me.

- AAAlyssaAug 3, 20261.0⭐☆☆☆☆ Beyond disappointing experience with Mina at the Kyle USPS location. From the moment I approached the counter, she came across as rude and dismissive. When there was a discrepancy with my packaging, there was no empathy or willingness to explain things respectfully. Instead of educating me professionally, her tone felt condescending. What bothered me most was that she scoffed and made a face toward the employee next to her, which came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service should involve treating people with basic courtesy, even when they make a mistake or don’t know a policy. I’ve visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately the front counter staff often seem unhappy and unapproachable. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re an inconvenience for asking questions or needing assistance. I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated by the interaction. Where did common courtesy and manners go?

She took it from there, taped and labeled it up for me without hesitation. Friendly help made my day easier.. thank you ma'am.
