  If I could give this location a " 0" I would. I have shipped through this location many times. There have been team members there who were very polite and professional. However most recently they seem to have a challenge will the number of Amazon returns and their horrible Wi Fi. I arrived at the store at 6:29 with 3 small Amazon returns. There was a very impolite employee locking the door.He refused to allow me entrance and refuse to provide his name. I have encountered him once before, he was urgent and rude then as well, when the stores Wi fi was not accessible for access to Amazon return codes, there is no help or consideration offered. Being inpatient is one thing shutting the door on a customer at 6:29pm when you have multiple customers in the store is just inconsiderate. I would rather go to the Tanhlewood ( open until 7pm) or CVS 1626, than have a door slammed in my face by a rude unprofessional individual . The way that you treat others will show up in your world every time!

  It's my go to store, it's usually pretty busy but the line clears out fast. The workers are all really helpful and really kind. I specifically want to shout out Antoine who was really patient with me while I had my 3 year old and even helped me with a problem with my son. He went above and beyond for a mom and I'm so thankful! He also made sure I didn't forget the paperwork I needed and explained everything so I could leave with peace of mind n

  ups driver stole my package my home depot order was re directed to this access point i went to pick up an the employee confirmed she saw the drive put package back in his truck

  I went in today, Friday, with shoes in their box and a packing slip. It wasnt packaged up at all. I figure I'd just purchase supplies there to pack it up properly. However Gabriel offered to take care of it for me. I was not expecting that. Fabulous. He saved me time, money, and gas. I've always had great service at this location, but today, Gabriel was outstanding. Thank you Gabriel for being so kind and helpful. Keep up the awesome job. UPS give this guy a raise! 👏
