  Your staff is very welcoming, even though they are very busy they treat the customers very well and they have very good customer relations. Very helpful with your needs are and excellent experience and explain when your package with get to its destination.

  I arrived at this location shortly after open. I attempted to call prior to my visit but no one answered the phone. I was calling to inquire if my shipping label could be printed behind the counter or if there were any self service options (understanding that a standard copy fee apply.) When I was met for assistance, I was told that neither were possible, but I could pay $3.+tax for this store to do it via email. "Um, okay" I agreed because making AN ADDITIONAL stop (to the library to print) was quite inconvenient...(I had my toddler in tow, and had also stopped as USPS for a separate transaction just previously. a third stop would be unpleasant). I expressed how that charge seemed unreasonable for the service. It was met without any interest. Since she was 1 of 2 people on duty at the time, there was a 50% chance they were the MOD, or Lead and able to educate me and lend some grace. In offering to waive an already disproportionately priced fee would really go A LONG WAY. It almost seems as if I was nickel and dime-ed for walking in the door. Since I purchased my shipping label online, maybe I wasn't generating any direct profit for this location. I was given the reason for the fee as "printer maintenance". Excuse me, this is a print and shipping business. The SHIPPING FEE I just paid is meant for this business to mind their business...this location is meant to then represent the brand and sadly it did not. I will be going to the South Austin Slaughter location exclusively now. What is obscene in this situation is when I'm using software like Ebay, I'm provided a QR code to show (on my phone) and scan, for a physical label to be printed on the thermal printer (the one that requires "maintenance") and voila, it's free. Is the QR code on my purchased shipping label pdf (still digital on my phone) not sufficient data to do the same? I think it is, it is for the US postal service, whom I would also recommend over this location. Overall, it was 8:45 in the morning I don't expect bubbly exuberance. But the service was COLD as ice

  I couldn't believe the amount of packages at the store. Their self-help kiosk was packed and the line was out the door. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Even with all the chaos! Thank you.
